More options: Mortgages with no down payment on flats at ENITEO

Flats in Tekta Group's ENITEO business class project can now be purchased with a mortgage without a down payment. At the end of August, the company's partner Promsvyazbank updated the terms of the Novostroyka programme.

PSB Bank has launched a programme for issuing mortgage loans with a down payment from 0 to 10% of the value of the flat. The loan can be taken out for up to 30 years. The available loan amount is up to RUB 30 million. The base rate will be 10.99%.

In the ENITEO complex, located in the south-west of Moscow, the program provides ergonomic "Euro-doublets" of 42.5 sq. m., as well as spacious Euro-apartments with two bedrooms, with panoramic windows offering views of the Cheremushki Znamenskoe Estate park and the spire of Moscow State University.
