Tekta Group has started selling flats in the Eniteo business-class residential complex

The Eniteo residential complex (translated as 'to shine and distinguish') is the future new architectural dominant feature of the district, which is being built on a plot near the Cheremushki Znamenskoe estate on the border of the Academic district of south-west Moscow. The project involves 662 flats with a total area of about 44,000 sq. m. They will be located in two 42-storey towers. Clients are offered a wide choice of Euro-format layouts with spacious living-room kitchens and master bedrooms, as well as rare and highly sought-after properties: penthouses on upper floors with increased ceiling height, duplex flats with a second light and private terraces. Areas range from 40 sqm to 228 sqm. All flats have excellent views and most will be delivered with WhiteBox pre-finishing (except for flats larger than 120 sqm). The price per square meter starts at RUB 220,000, and the minimum flat price is RUB 11,100m. At the moment, the offer is one of the most investment-attractive in this area of the capital. In addition to flats, the Eniteo residential complex will open sales of parking spaces and storage rooms in a heated three-level underground parking garage in the future.

It is not a coincidence that Eniteo was chosen to be built in the prestigious south-western district of Moscow. Here, in close proximity to the project, there are several green areas, including the parks Kolomenskoye, Vorobyovy Gory and Tyufeleva Grove, popular with Muscovites. Convenient transport accessibility is another important advantage of the complex. There are public transport stops on the border with the site, from where one can get to Akademicheskaya and Nagornaya metro stations, as well as Krymskaya MCC station. The object itself is being built at a small distance from the main highways of the city - Leninsky Prospekt, TTR, Warsaw Highway and has a direct exit to the wide highway of Sevastopolsky Prospekt.

The uniqueness of Eniteo is due to the design concept developed by Kamen Architects, the main characteristics of which are rhythm and dynamics, laid down as the basic principles of the form. Six panoramic corners instead of the classic four, resident viewing terraces on the 39th floor of each building, a grand lobby as well as the lobby's operable roof are just a few details of Eniteo's exterior.

"When designing the new Eniteo project, we set ourselves the task of creating a complex that would meet and, in some areas, surpass the latest requirements of business-class housing, both in terms of planning solutions and in terms of landscaping and design. Thanks to our joint efforts with leading architectural firms, we were able to achieve this goal," says Elizaveta Sevastyanova, Commercial Director of Tekta Group.
