Yoga in the clouds - experience a new level of emotion on ENITEO's high-rise terraces

On the 39th floor of the ENITEO skyscrapers, two viewing terraces with amphitheatres, podiums for yoga, tables for family dinners at sunset and meetings with friends will appear on the roof. The concept for the public space was drawn up by the architecture firm HAAST.

Terraces with breathtaking views of the Vorobyovy Gory and Moscow State University, and the Cheremushki Znamenskoe Estate park will be available to all the residents of the complex. The area of each of them will be almost 280 sq. m.

"The space itself initially contains a huge potential of attraction - it includes stunning panoramas of the city, visible practically 360 degrees, and the very quality of a safe, cosy, open to the sun, air, and urban landscapes," says Alexey Avdokhin, partner at HAAST.

The centrepiece of the terrace will be an amphitheatre. The metal canopy over it will support the façade solutions of the entire complex and create a local accent. From below the canopy will be polished and almost mirror-like, thus creating another 'view window' onto the city.

"Watching the active life of the capital from above can take hours," says Elizaveta Sevastyanova, Commercial Director of Tekta Group. - We believe that the terraces will be more than just viewing platforms, but a full-fledged, multifunctional public space, as well as a place for retreats and family leisure activities.

The architects have envisioned a variety of scenarios for the use of the space. ENITEO residents will be able to practice morning yoga or pilates with a view of the city on a large central podium, meet with friends in a cosy, equipped lounge area or work at comfortable tables. The terraces will be available for events: business, training, entertainment. 

"The space must be: simple, functional and interesting. That's when it will be beautiful," explains Alexey Avdokhin. - All of this is achieved by a compositional solution. The central element of the amphitheatre and the surrounding podiums-terraces will as if embrace the façade of the building. The strict geometry of the tower and the terrace itself will be tied together by the flowing radii of the podiums and the winding line of the amphitheatre into a single harmonious form.

The business class project ENITEO is being built in a unique location - next to the historic Cheremushki Znamenskoe estate park, on the border of the prestigious Akademicheskiy district, and at the same time has convenient direct access to Sevastopolski Avenue.

Construction of the skyscrapers is proceeding apace. In spring 2021 the most important stage of construction began at the site - the monolithic work on the frame of the buildings. The foundation slab of the first section has now been completed. The commissioning of the complex is planned for II quarter of 2023.
